BRIEF SUMMARY:
Devoted to becoming an international lawyer, Ayukawa Wakaba is full of ambition.
Her hard work pays off when she lands a job at an international law firm, but to
her disappointment, the first prestigious assignment that is given to her is to
babysit the boss' 5 year old daughter, Hinata. Wakaba loathes kids and nursing,
but unwillingly takes on the job as she is fixated on wealth and success. One

劇 情﹕鮎川若葉是一名以國際律師為目標的事業型女孩，她夢想著輝煌未來，野心勃勃、一心想往高處爬，沒想到她進入的外資事務所突然撤出日本，無奈之下，她只好選擇本土的另一間律師事務所上班，只是她萬萬沒想到，她被錄取的原因是要她照顧所長五歲的女兒......
24歲的鮎川若葉東大法學院第一名畢業，剛剛通過律師考試，應徵上了國際律師事務所「Smith&Clark」，身為勝者組的她穿著和服，代表新人發表演說：「....目標是將來成為年薪
100億的國際律師、乘私人飛機走遍全世界、找個百里挑一的男人成為人生伴侶、住在紐約的頂級套房....」，沒想到演說還沒完成，台下就傳出公司因官司慘敗，而決定撤資的消息，二話不說的她果斷下台，立刻打電話尋找下一份工作
....
「鮫島櫻川律師事務所」回應了她的面試，想要在10分鐘之內趕到的她在電車上遇到了疑似性騷擾，這是她跟山田草太第一次的會面。幸運的是鮎川一照面就被錄取，不幸的是她的第一個工作是照顧所長的五歲女兒櫻川日向，換句話說前三個月的主業是保姆，副業才是律師，而選上她的原因是：「妳沒有男人緣、戀愛是育兒的大敵」。
著喜歡裝成熟的小大人日向去「三葉之森」幼稚園上學時，才知道在電車上遇到的「假咪咪紙尿褲變態男」竟然也是同一所幼稚園的家長，經過一番解釋才知道他是幫忙照顧好友的小孩，所以才會隨身帶著假咪咪跟嬰兒紙尿褲，山田草太是他最討厭的典型「育兒男」！因為自尊心接下額外工作，沒想到日向中午時發燒，讓她領悟到二者不能兼顧的真理，只好下課時把小孩託付山田照顧。完成工作已是夜晚，她來到山田工作的餐廳，才發現這是一個又小又亂的地方，根本不是想像中的法國餐廳！
山田單純的善良引發了一連串回憶，若葉：「男人僅僅善良，一點用也沒有，只會被騙、吃虧、挨餓、貧窮、度過悲慘的人生而已，能信任的只有錢跟法律，別人怎樣都無所謂，因為大家都是孤獨一個人活著的！」，原來小時候因為父親被黑道逼債，連營養午餐費也被奪走，被推倒在垃圾堆中的若葉看見了廢棄的一本「六法全書」，從此立志以此捍衛自己！
