BRIEF SUMMARY:
Akiko (Kobayashi Satomi), who has always lived
with her mother, decides to take over the cafeteria her mother had run following
her mother’s sudden death and an unreasonable internal transfer at the
publishing company where she works. Akiko remodels the cafeteria to her tastes.
The new place is a small shop with a simple menu of bread and soup. There is
just her and a helper Shima-chan (Kana). One day, a cat appears and starts
living with Akiko. Then there are the people of the local shopping district who
joyfully take care of her -jdramaweblog
