BRIEF SUMMARY:
Half a year after the terrorist bomb at the
airport. Inspector Kuraki Naotake of the Public Security’s First Special Service
Division has had no rest ever since he lost his wife Chihiro in the bomb
explosion in downtown Tokyo. He gets in touch with a freelance writer, Nanami
Shiori, to obtain information on what happened to Chihiro in a 72-hour gap in
the Public Security’s top secret Glarke Alpha mission. At that moment, an energy
facility in Hokkaido is blown up and Sergeant Akeboshi Miki, who is now with the
Public Security’s Fourth Foreign Affairs Section, takes up the investigation.
She sees the likeness of a suspicious person spotted at the time of the
explosion and is stunned. He resembles her father whom she has been searching
for all this while. On the other hand, detective Osugi Ryota finds a dead body
killed with the same modus operandi as the professional killer Mozu who should
be dead … … The three of them meet again at the start of a new case that will

15點08分，日比谷熙熙攘攘的街頭突然發生爆炸。街道頃刻間被破碎的瓦礫掩埋，塵土中慘叫時起彼伏。警方認爲這很可能是恐怖組織所爲並展開了調查。警視廳公安部特務第一課警部倉木尚武（西島秀俊飾）來到了監察醫學院確認遇害者屍體。雖已被炸得體無完膚，他依舊立刻認出那是他的妻子千尋（石田百合子飾）。爲他帶路的搜查一課警部補大杉良太（香川照之飾）雖然對其言辭謹慎，倉木卻不喜不悲，反而像訊問一般讓大杉告訴他案件的詳情。「爲何自己的妻子會成爲犧牲品」倉木急切地想要找出真相。案發數日後，大杉在公園叫住了晨跑的公安部公安二課巡查部長明星美希（真木陽子飾），詢問案發時其就在現場附近是巧合還是有所圖。
