天真的少女玲美，從小時候就一直憧憬著演藝圈的華麗世界。可是，家庭經濟條件困苦的她，為了補足去“Star Light”的學費，不得不每天清晨在街區派發傳單打工。
另一方，在澀穀的某遊藝場，不良初中生們，名目張膽地圍賭比自己年長的男性，向他們勒索錢財。紘太也在那個小組中。但是，其實紘太也和玲美抱著同樣的夢想，所以也成為在“Star Light”教室學習的一員。
除此之外，還有與玲美和廣太抱有同樣夢想的少男少女們，一個接一個地，進入到了“Star Light”。
松園紘太，加山玲美，吉井希惠，長穀川圭一，相沢莉香子因為夢想而聯結的5人，構成了這部描繪友情，青春，挫折和成功的故事。
