BRIEF SUMMARY:
Sugisaki
Momoko (Renbutsu Misako) used to be a nursery school teacher. Her difficulty
smiling leads to communication problems with parents and her contract is
terminated in one year. Momoko is picked up by ‘Little Snow’, a home care
service for sick children, and makes a fresh start as a caregiver for sick
children. When a child has a fever, the caregiver would visit the home and care
for the child in place of the parents who simply cannot take time off from work.
Momoko encounters all sorts of families at the places she is sent to. With the
support of her colleagues and the occasional help of her best friend, Yumika (Triendl
Reina), she starts to face work, romance, family and friendship -jdramaweblog

劇情描述在日本規定當小孩有發燒或不舒服到達37.5度就需要接小孩回家休息，但現今家庭都是雙薪家庭或者是單親，照顧小孩的問題就需要有個單位協助，劇中「Little
Snow」公司就是在從事這些工作，職業稱為「病兒保育士.
佛美沙子飾演的主人公杉崎桃子是不擅長笑的前幼兒園老師。因為不擅長笑，導致無法和家長好好交流，一年就被解約的桃子被訪問型病兒看護中心「Little
Snow」收留。成為在孩子發燒時，上門代替無法請假的父母照顧孩子的「病兒護工」重新出發。
37.5度其實對工作的父母來說是非常熟悉的數字。當孩子的體溫超過這個上限值的時候，幼兒園就會通知家長。就算在工作中，也必須去接孩子。早退會導致同事不滿，得不到家人的理解等。病兒護工們為了幫助這樣的父母而四處奔走。
