劇 情﹕  改編自有「感傷達人」之稱的作家乙一大賣超過80萬本的原作《傷-KIZ》。某天，遭街頭混混欺負的朝戶，被頹廢孤僻的健夫（玉木宏飾）出面搭救，因而打傷了自己的手。朝戶只是按著健夫，奇妙的事就發生了…傷口消失了！於是原本不相識的兩人，就因那神奇的能力而邂逅了。兩人之後更一同認識了餐廳服務生志穗，意氣相投的三人成了好朋友。為了看到人們的笑顏，善良的朝戶到處將人們的傷口轉移給自己，而他自己也因此變得傷痕累累…儘管如此，他的臉上仍舊始終掛著微笑，沒有人知道他內心的傷痛。不忍見朝戶自我虐待，健夫很想為朝戶做些什麼，但同時，他卻也為自己的創痛所苦…然而，兩人都得面對自我傷痛的那時刻也終將來臨…
