BRIEF SUMMARY: Monoru is motorcycle mechanist, a avid biker and explorer. He has always dreamed of riding his bike across America. At tender age of 25, he has been diagnosed with lung cancer.  He immediately checked himself in the hospital and begin cancer treatment.  The side effect of the treatment was worse then him expected to be. Vomiting, rash, large boil on his face, large patch of pus like blister on the skin, hematuria, and extremely itchy skin.  He starts to suspected that maybe he has been given the wrong dosage. In horror, He was shocked to find out the med he has been given are all at experiment stage and the hospital has been using its patients as human body experiment.
