BRIEF SUMMARY:
Ayukawa Noriko is a first grade teacher. One day, A young boy named Kento
transfers into her class from another school, where he was treated as a problem
child. In reality, the extremely intelligent and observant Kento actually displays potential as a prodigy, and
it's up to Noriko to figure out how to handle him. The story draws inspiration
from the childhood of famous inventor Thomas Edison, who was also considered a
problem child by most adults around him.

劇 情﹕描寫了為培養一群擁有托馬斯愛迪生般才能與好奇心的小學生,並保護他們的才能而奮鬥的小學教師的故事.
伊東在劇中飾演鯰川規子—都內公立小學一年級生的班主任。在劇中她不但要與具有少年愛迪生般旺盛好奇心及才能的天才學生賢人（清水優哉）「鬥志鬥勇」，面對校方及家長們對於賢人這種才能日益強烈的牴觸情緒，她還竭盡所能地去保護賢人的才能。全劇充滿喜劇色彩。
伊東曾在2002年日本電視台所播放的「極道鮮師」中扮演過仲間由紀惠的同事，而主演老師這一角色對於她還是第一次嘗試。
伊東在就讀短大時，曾獲得幼稚園教育保育師資格證並立志當一名教師。開拍將近，她談了自己對這部劇的理解。她認為這是一部可以傳達給現今教育人士很深內涵的作品。通過此劇，希望可以和廣大觀眾共同思考、共同成長。她也很期望家長可以陪子女一起收看此劇。
