BRIEF SUMMARY:
Hino Rintaro (Sakai Masato) is a super psychiatrist who works for Keinan
University Hospital. He is able to get into people’s minds and untangle severe

techniques, even the Chief Cabinet Secretary is his regular patient. He has also
