BRIEF SUMMARY:
Jesus and Buddha have decided to take a holiday in Japan, where they try to live
a life common and mundane, but it will not be easy as there are many features of
his holiness that will make fun happen drawbacks. The live drama stars Shota
Sometani (Shinichi Izumi, Parasyte) as Buddha and Ken'ichi Matsuyama (Krauser,
Detroit Metal City) as Jesus. Based on the manga by Hikaru Nakamura, Saint
Young Men is
a slice-of-life series about Jesus and Buddha sharing a one-room apartment in
modern-day Tachikawa. The two deal with modern young-adult problems, as well as
the issues that come about from being the figureheads of two major world
religions.
